Perform the activities specified under "Adding Clip Art and Animation Effects to Presentation Created in Outline view" on pages PP2.60 – PP2.61. Complete steps 1 to 10.
1. Print and submit the presentation slides (step 10).
2. Print and submit the presentation outline (step 10).
For item 7 on page PP2.61, be sure to put your name on the bottom of each slide along with the page number, except for slide one. Also put your name and University of Texas at Dallas as instructed in item 7 on the outline.
Print one slide per page. If you do not have a color printer, you may print the assignment in black and white. Do not put this instruction page on the front of your assignment. Also, do not turn in a floppy disk as stated in number 9. Remember your name goes on the first slide and on the bottom of each of the other 3 slides. Put the slides printout first when you hand in your assignment.
After you have finished building your slides, print the slides and then print the outline. The outline will look different from the outline shown in figure 2-73. Bullets, not alphabetic characters, will show on the outline when you print it.
If you have trouble finding the clip art use the ones below. You may have to resize them because their sizes are not the same as when they were in the clipart library. Major deviations in size of your clipart from what is shown in figure 2-74 will cause points to be deducted. To put the clipart showing below in your presentation; 1. Click on the picture, 2. Use right button to copy, 3. Go to PowerPoint and 4. Paste Special Picture. That should work.
