Important
Information
*We also are really getting ready to end the school year. Our last day will be Thursday, May 19th. We will have a end of year awards program on that day! Mark your calendar! More information will come home soon!
*Don’t forget to send in permission slips and money for the field trip! We will have a great time with BOTH classes!
*What a busy week we had this week. We learned about oviparous animals. Many children said that they taught their parents what oviparous meant! J
*We also went on a letter hunt around the school, and then the children made a “pic collage” with their pictures on the Ipads. They even learned how to type their names onto the collage.
*If you would like to schedule an end-of-the-year conference to discuss what your child needs to work on over the summer, please let me know! J
*This week, we learned the blend “ch” (They love trains and make the “ch”) and the word and.
*Next week, we will learn the word see and the “mommy e”! This is the e at the end of words and makes the other vowels say their names! J
*Please review these words with your child. Find them in books, magazines, etc. Please continue to review all letters and sounds.
