Mrs. Haggenmaker’s Supply List

Supplies needed for Algebra II/Trigonometry and Pre-calculus 2017-2018

Please have supplies ASAP. We will begin working August 8, 2017.

Supplies needed for all classes:

Three-ring binder—may be used for other classes as well—Stay organized! Use dividers.

Plenty of loose leaf paper to be kept in the binder; turn in one pack of loose leaf paper for the classroom

#2 pencils with erasers—mechanical pencils work well (make sure to have extra lead and erasers); turn in one pack of pencils for the classroom—Do all work in PENCIL and use the eraser!

Scientific calculator (such as the Casio fx-300ES Plus or the TI-30XA) or graphing calculator (such as the Casio fx-9750GII or the TI- 84 plus) (A graphing calculator would be very helpful and can be used in the future. We use them quite often in pre-cal and analytical. The Casio fx-9750GII is much cheaper and works well.)--Keep your manual handy! See the note about calculators at the bottom.

Graph paper

Ruler

Protractor

Small pack of colored pencils or markers for note taking

A personal device, when use is allowed in class, would be handy

Wish list for the classroom (in order of need):

  • Tissues
  • Notebook paper
  • Copy paper of any color
  • Graph paper
  • Individually wrapped candy or gum for rewards
  • Tall kitchen garbage bags
  • Pencils

Note about the calculator: There are certain calculators that may be used on the ACT test and certain calculators that may not be used on the ACT test. You will want to keep this in mind when purchasing a calculator for class. The following is from the ACT website.
