Mrs. DeMarsh’s PK4 News
February 8-11, 2016
This week we will meet Ms. T. This letterperson has terrifically tall teeth! She carries a toothbrush and is sure to brush her teeth after every meal. Ms. T likes to eat tasty, healthy food that is good for her teeth and visits the dentist often. She uses different types of transportation to get from here to there. Ms. T will discuss with us how to travel safely when riding on our bikes and in our cars.
In Jesus Time we will hear the story of ten men with leprosy. During the time of Jesus, leprosy was considered an incurable disease. People would fear being close to this disease. One day, Jesus saw ten men with this disease. These lepers believed that Jesus could help them. Jesus healed them; what a miracle! Our Savior promises to answer our prayers and to be with us when we are sick. He gives us what we need; a true blessing!
ALL preschool sings in church THIS Saturday, February 13th at the 6:00 pm service. We ask that children please be brought up to the west balcony by 5:50 pm, after they take a bathroom stop. You may pick your child up in the same place after the service. We will sing two songs from the church’s west balcony. If you are unable to attend, please let me know. We are practicing our songs at school but any additional practice at home is always welcomed. Also, please remember this is a worship service. We ask that no photos be taken. And to avoid distraction, please refrain from waving or talking to your child. Remember, this is a new and special experience for our children!
