EYE LIGHTING LAUNCHES NEW RANGE OF RECESSED DOWNLIGHTS

Eye Lighting Europe (UK), has launched ‘Compasso’, a new recessed downlight range forminiature 25mm MR8 dichroic lamps. This is the latest addition to the company’s growing portfolio of fittings which are designed to support both Iwasaki Eye’s, and other new technology products.

The ‘Compasso’ low voltageMR8 downlights are available in single, twin or triple lamp configurations. The small size of the lamps means that the fittings are just 120mm in diameter even when fitted with three lamps. Each lamp unit can be independently rotated and tilted.

Developed to provide designers with complete creative control, the Compasso range can be fitted withstandard MR8, or Eye’s range of red, green, blue or frostedlamps. An optional RGB changer is available for full control of colour changing. Additional control can be achieved by adding PIR sensors and remote control passive dimming.

One watt LED lamps are also available from Eye Lighting for use alone or in conjunction with dichroic lamps in the same fitting, with separate circuits for each lamp type. A choice of white, chrome, brass or nickel further extends the creative possibilities of the range.

Cleverly designed detachable lamp housing and accessible wiring ensures ease of installation and maintenance.

With a 25mm diameter, MR8 low voltage dichroic lamps are the latest development in the miniaturisation of lighting. Eye Lighting is one of the few major manufacturers to offer these lamps in the UK. They are available in 12V 20 & 35W and 6V 10W. Colours are white, red, green and blue and a frosted finish is available on white lamps.
