Cancellation Policy
NHSBT recognise that on occasions delegates may find it necessary to cancel their place on a programme, when this arises:
- Please send the cancellation details to outlining if you wish to send a replacement delegate.
- If you notify us with more than 2 weeks of the programme date and do not wish to send an alternative delegate, we will refund your registration fee in full.
- Cancellations with less than 2 weeks notice and non-attendance at a booked programme will result in no refund of any registration costs or, where payment has not been made, we will invoice for payment.
- Similarly, if a planned programme is cancelled by NHSBT, we will refund your registration fee, or offer you an alternative date to attend the programme. We will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by the delegate.
We value the diversity of our delegates. Please inform us of any particular requirements in advance e.g. access, diet, religious beliefs, learning requirements etc.
Accommodation and travel booking are your own responsibility. However, only book this once you have received confirmation that you are on the programme.
Please note that lunch is not provided at any of our programmes.
