Last Meeting: Sunday, March 13
The 3rd Eye Cataract Camp which is the signature service project of our club was undertaken at Sant Sri Ranchoddas Eye hospital, Vansda.
This year too, the tradition continues. The Third camp of the year was held on Sunday, March 13.
Throughout the day 38 surgeries were carried out with extreme efficiency as usual, to the poorest of the poor people of Vansda and surrounding areas. Total surgeries done during this year considering all the 3 camps comes to 148. The surgeries were carried out by Dr. Rajanbhai Desai and his team of doctors.
All the surgeries were sponsored by donations received by Rtn. PP Ashit Kothari.
Late PP Dr. Yogesh Desai was instrumental in conceptualizing and initializing this project for our club.
