4.2 / SWH Update / The following feedback was provided by Shireen iro the State Warehouse @
New Pier SWH
  • Shireen advised that the list for the Auction that is due to take place in December –further feedback will be share on the next meeting
  • Advised clients to be obtain for the weekly data on the SARS website
  • SWH renovation is still underway
  • Mobile shredders feedback – staff has started training

4.5 / Branch Front End / Feedback on BFE are as follows:
  • Clients were advised of year-end function for the Client Services Team and were respectfully requested to process their applications before lunch, as the staff will be going for their year-end luncheon at 12:30.
  • Clients were advised of the appeals process and the complexities surrounding these cases thus contributing in some instances to unavoidable delays. Clients were invited to engage BFE management directly should they have specific queries regarding their appeals

  • Botlhe to check and give feedback on the link for Penalty process in Refunds
  • Yogi advise clients to read their new declaration processing on the clearing instruction

  • Any issues arising to be addressed directly with Sarika in regards with the Appeal (following Paja on Appeal process)
  • Clients are still requesting CCU Team to be part of the monthly meeting.
  • Shireen will engage with Sarika regarding Adhoc Specialist pertaining to TIP
