Monmouth County Human Services Survey 2016
Monmouth County is taking a fresh look at the needs, strengths, and interests of county residents, with the goal of improving county human services for everyone. This human services needs assessment is based on a family success framework, an approach that acknowledges the importance of comprehensive and collaborative local policies, programs, and supports that help families and individuals be successful as they go about their lives, along with helpful and effective assistance when needed.
We value the feedback of our residents. We are hoping that you will share your thoughts with us by answering the brief set of questions, below:
1)Could you tell us a little bit about yourself? Are you a provider of services? Are you a resident who has used county services? In what area of the county do you live?

2)What are some of the strengths or successes of the current human services system in Monmouth County? Have you, or perhaps has someone you know, experienced something positive about a county service – something that went reallywell, was very helpful, or was exactly what you needed at the time?
