Welcome to the Molina Jaguar Marching Band!

You have signed up for the Marching Band class at Molina H.S. this year. Marching band is a double credit class. You will receive a Fine Arts credit and a P.E. credit with the successful completion of the Fall semester. Participation in marching with the band is a required part of the class. Those who choose to not participate will not pass the Fall semester class.

Marching practice starts at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, from the first week of August through the end of the marching season. The marching season begins the first week of August, and continues through the last football game and parade in December.

Marching practice for the Fall Semester begins Monday, August 3, 2015, at 7:00 a.m. (See schedule below)

If you attended our Freshman Camp in June, you have already been assigned an instrument, and learned some of the music and marching techniques. If you missed Freshman Camp, it is vitally important that you attend Marching Band Camp. We will learn marching techniques, a LOT of music, and most of the half-time show we will be performing this year at the football games. The first game is on Friday, August 28, which is the first week of school.

Band instruments and uniforms are issued during the Band Camp. We have a limited number of instruments and uniforms available. Those who do not attend Band Camp may not receive either. There are currently over 100 students enrolled in Band this Fall.

August 3-7, 2015 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

August 10-14, 2015 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

August 17-21, 2015 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

August 24, 2015 No morning practice. First day of school

August 25-28, 2015 7:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
