·  Overseeing the Integration of a company resource planning software aimed at improving business processes and information management

·  Setup of an internal financial management plan (reduction of actual taxation rate and savings of $7.5M)

·  Establishment and supervision of a team for the purposes of analysis and activation of new financial consolidation software (Hyperion). Result: improvement of the quality of financial management and of the speed of producing reports (time reduced from 17 to 4 days)

·  Establishment of a cash flow management system, including a sophisticated system of cash collection and disbursements. Optimization of cash inflow increased the investment revenue by 18% ($500,000 US)
