SWAN MNEMONIC INFORMATION TABLE

The following table lists the SWAN mnemonics with specific FOT actions to take in response to RED limit violations. The general rule for mnemonics not listed here is that YELLOW limit violations require notification to the OE and the experiment representative only when they are present (or as soon as they arrive).

An anomaly report is required for any limit violation unless the table below or an Expected Limit Violation sheet specifically directs it is to be ignored.
