IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. All candidates are instructed to apply for Assessment / Seat booking only on the dates as per schedule. They should not book seat on dates when the seats are kept open for other grades candidate for booking. If seats are booked on dates other than the allotted for particular grades, then the Seat / Admit card will be cancelled and fees payment shall be forfeited.
2. You can submit only one request per month, Hence please be careful while selecting your papers.
3. On line payment is to be made after on line submission of application, Fee once paid will not be refunded.
4. All Fresher candidates should posses recent Sight Test Certificate at the time of first time Assessments.
5. All candidates should upload recent colour photo of appropriate size. Photo must be with plain shirt / coat with light background. Following photos not allowed: photo with unshaven beards, peak caps, Dark checked shirts, Sun glasses, Epaulets and photos of poor image resolution.
6. Candidate is to book seat at his convenience but on the dates allocated to him, and not to approach MMD for booking of seat, unless you face any online booking issue.
If your assessment was done manually before and presently not in the online system, then such candidate is to approach MMD for getting into online system, on the dates allocated in the schedule.
7. Candidates are to carry Passport/ CDC/ CoC in addition to Admit Card at the time of Written & Signal Exam.
8. Fresher candidates booking for Orals must have appeared in all written papers & completed all Modular courses & updated online. Any booking without modular courses will be REJECTED and the Fee forfeited.
9. All fresher candidates appearing for Orals first time must book for all the functions. Fresher candidates are to bring all Certificates / Documents in original for Assessment and Verification at the time of Orals.
10. Repeater candidates can book oral if they have cleared all written papers, alternatively they can book remaining written papers and oral at the same time
11. Booking is to be done for the month of OCTOBER 2017 only.
