Job Purpose / · Responsible for all duties relating to selling Pure Peninsula Honey products at market locations in order to achieve individual sales targets and Pure Peninsula Honey strategic objectives
Pre requisite / · Current valid Australian drivers licence
Technical Skills / · Reading, writing and mathematical skills
· Knowledge of, or desire to learn about honey and hoeny related products
Qualifications/ Experience / · Experience in Sales and/or Customer Service Environment

Market Sales / · Promote sale of Pure Peninsula Honey products.
· Answer customer questions regarding Pure Peninsula Honey products.
· Maintain knowledge of Pure Peninsula Honey products in order to remain knowledgeable about stock and improve sales techniques.
· Maintain adequate levels of stock for market displays.
· Organise stock display at markets and ensure stall is manned at all times for entirety of market and in a manner that attracts customers. / · Establishes clients’ requirements and decision-making criteria
· Chooses a suitable approach to a sales situation
· Demonstrates how a product or service satisfies a client’s requirements
· Market display meets company requirements
Customer Service / · Adhere to service standards and principles as detailed by the company and ensure excellent service is provided at all times to clients.
· Display friendly and approachable manner to elicit customer contact at market stall.
· Liaise with Office regarding customer feedback / · Recognises and acknowledges the customer
· Clarifies customers’ needs until fully understood
· Confirms customers’ satisfaction with solution
· Takes responsibility for response and outcomes
Administration / · Document and record sales process.
· Data entry for sales process, as required.
· Preparation of reports on market activities for management / · Timely and accurate recording of sales and sales related data
