1. The Digital Signature Certificate (For the sake of brevity called DSC) e-token arranged to customers is a value added service provided on request for purchasing from mjunction services limited (For the sake of brevity called MJ) .MJ does not compel any customer for purchasing DSC from them – DSC may be purchased from any of the service providers available in the market.

2. MJ shall not be liable and responsible for any postal delay/breach of secrecy caused as a result of the DSC being sent to the registered address or authorized person of the customer. MJ takes due care for dispatching the DSC.

3. E-tokens issued are checked & verified before delivery to customers.

In case of any discrepancy in DSC it is duty of the customer to notify MJ within 7 working days from the receipt of the e-token or otherwise it will be deemed that DSC is properly functioning and no complaint will be taken thereafter.

Along with timely notified complaint, the faulty e-tokens is to be returned to

Mjunction.

MJ will then look into the matter & accordingly take action.

4. MJ is not responsible for non receipt of DSC due to incorrect postal/ registered address and non availability of courier service for remote/interior locations which is beyond control of MJ.

5. All disputes are subject to Calcutta jurisdiction only.
