OnBoard Executive Leadership Honor Roll

OnBoardpresents an award, the Executive Leadership Honor Roll, to recognize women who have achieved executive leadership positions and arein the pipeline for future corporate board membership. It is awarded annually to three Georgia-based women leaders.

Criteria

An honor roll honoree is a Georgia-based woman in a significant leadership role within her organization. She is a role model of career achievement and is building the credentials that place her in the pipeline for corporate board membership. She has:

  • Achieved excellence in her profession, as recognized by her colleagues;
  • Developed skills and qualifications that prepare her for future corporate board membership;
  • Attained a significantexecutive level position of leadership in her organization,which makes her a role model for others; and
  • Advocated for and mentored other women in building their potential.

Selection process

Call for nominations from OnBoard constituency with final selection by a committee of OnBoard board and members. Applications for 2018are due April23,2018 and honorees must be able to attend the OnBoardJune 13thleadership breakfast where the award will be presented.
