INTRODUCTION AND WELCOME
The Chair welcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked the members for their support in attending the AGM and also expressed thanks to Alex Whinnom, Chief Executive, and the staff of GMCVO for their work over the past year.
1. APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE
There were 33 member apologies for absence.
2. MINUTES OF THE THIRTY-EIGHTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The minutes of the Thirty-Eighth Annual General Meeting held on 29 October 2012 were agreed as a true record.
3. ADOPTION OF ANNUAL REPORT 2012-2013 INCLUDING ANNUAL ACCOUNTS
GMCVO’s Chair, Stephen Little, introduced the Annual Report and GMCVO’s Treasurer, Grenville Page, introduced the financial report.
4. APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS
It was agreed that Mitchell Charlesworth be appointed as GMCVO's Auditors
5. ELECTION OF BOARD
Stephen Little introduced a list of Board members past and present. The following were elected to the Board:
