The weekly meeting was called to order by President Sophia Huynh at 2:00PM in Student Life and Leadership. The roll was called by Secretary Alison Schlosser.

Here are revised sister sorority contracts. Please have them signed and returned by next week! Also, do not forget to meet with your new sister sorority after meeting to set up a date for your first event.

The Public Relations Director () Maya Krupa reported:
I met with the IFC PR Director and we have some tentative dates for upcoming events:
Professional Networking Workshop tentatively February 27th from 5-7pm in the Aztec Student Union, will be exclusive to the first 100 people that sign up in any Greek house, will be Facebook invite event, delegates relay to chapters to look out for that
Professional Networking Event tentatively at the end of April where it will be open to the whole school and we will bring in guest speakers to talk about their lives, how to network, skills to know etc. but will be sponsored by Panhellenic and IFC. Will have catering, raffle, etc.
All Greek Basketball game: We will be sending out a Facebook invite to all chapters for a “Greek Takeover” basketball game where we want everyone to where letters and show their support of our school, and we will be videoing people in the crowd to start to create a “GO GREEK @ SDSU” video (something to leave for years to come for all Greek houses on campus to promote all the things Greek life does)
The Scholarship Director () Brittany Grover-Sidler reported:
- Please keep reminding your chapter presidents to send me the name of the girl/girls in your chapter who received the highest GPA for last semester so we can award them their scholarships.
- Please get your Director of Scholarships contact info (phone and email) for me so I can contact them about different academic and scholarship information.
- Order of Omega applications are on the Panhellenic website and are due onMarch 7th. You must have a cumulative GPA of a 3.0 or higher, have 60 units, and attended SDSU for the past two semesters to be eligible. Please encourage your members to apply!

The Recruitment Director () Laura Garcia reported:
Spring Recruitment Details:
· Go Greek! Info Sessions will be held in the Student Union, Templo Mayor.
o Monday, January 27th at 5:00pm
o Tuesday, January 28th at 1:00pm
· Spring Recruitment events time frame: 1/27-2/9
o AEPhi Events: 1/27-2/6 /Bid Day: 2/10
o AGD Events: 2/17-2/27 /Bid Day: 2/28 or 3/1 (They’re recruitment dates are tentative!)
o DG Events: 1/31-2/6 /Bid Day: 2/10
o DZ Events: 2/5-2/9 /Bid Day: 2/10
· All Chapter's Final bid lists must be submitted to Jordan in SLL () no later than February, 9th at 11:59pm.
· Go Greek Fair is Tuesday, February 4th, from 1-4pm in the new Student Union.
