Monday 24th November 2003.

Commenced:7:40pm. - Closed:8:45pm.

Appologies:- A.Smart.

Minutes of Previous Meeting Read & Agreed.

Matters Arising:Nothing yet done to car park. Increased Fines have cut back on Dissent.

All Charter Standard paperwork passed on. New Senior kit purchased.

Still some Sponsor money outstanding.

Chairman: Happy withALL Teams.

Football Reports:-

U9’s Tavy: No Matches.

U9’s Lynher: No Matches.

U10’s: Lost only match, a good display though.

U11’s: Lost both games, enjoying matches & using all players.

U12’s: Mixed results, improving results, better results.

U13’s: Mixed results against top teams. Inconsistency with fixtures.

U15’s: Still undefeated in the League & Cup. Vast improvement on last season.

U11’s Girls: Lost only match, playing better.

Division Two:-Top of League, Through in all cups. Going very well,looking forward to playing Yelverton.

OVER 35’s: Lost only match. Still lacking a Scorer.

Financial Report. Read & Agreed.“Junior Account” opened up, all Monies to be handed to W.Coleman.

Problems with mud left on road & playground at H.C.P.S.- Charged by school for cleaning.

Notice of Approach received for senior player, player rejected.

Kit Catalogue available through I.Mulholland.

Sponsor found for u10’s Kit next season.

P.Worth announced he would not be be Managing next season, mainly due to the attitude of parents & players.

Looking to arrange Junior Tour next year, maybe to Holland.

I.Mulholland reported so far a total of £1,130.35 Received from sponsorship of “Marathon Run”,Still monies outstanding.

Polo Shirts to be passed out to club members.

No single pictures of players to be used on website, only team photos.

Mini-Soccer fixtures to be switched around after Christmas,as usual.

Suggested that Monthly Meeting Minutes be put on website, agreed to do.

K.Jones suggested Ladies team be formed next year.

It was agreed that club purchase Pennents to be handed to opposition at major matches.club name of all shirts.

Presentation Nights:-

U15’s & U13’s at R & B club on the Friday 21st May 2004.

All other Junior teams at Horrabridge County Primary School,on the Saturday 22nd May 2004.

Seniors at the Saltram Club on the 5th or 12th June 2004.

Junior Tournaments: dates suggested start on 26th June 2004.
