CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Dave Evans at 7:28PM
MINUTES
The February 2010 minutes were read by Darrell.

The Minutes were approved by a show of hands.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The February 2010 Treasurer’s Report was read by Mike Lapke.
The report is in file.
There were no corrections.

OLD BUSINESS
Kentucky Race – The cost is unknown at this time – Dave Larson will probably know the costs shortly
Dave E. did talk to Jerry Dover at the Kankakee swap meet re: Clone engines.
The tether display at the show was well done. There was continued discussion re: the tether.
It was decided to order 6 tether kits from Franklin Motorsports. They will be for sale at the track since it is now mandatory.
Franklin may have a diagram of how the tether should be installed.
The tether rules will be sent to Darrell for the web site, and possibly to be included with membership mailing.
SERIES
Short discussion re: Junior 125 Shifter class; the weight was being questioned. Dave Evans will talk to Dave Larson.
We need to make sure “Double Points for Grattan” is listed on the website.
Mike suggested that we should let Dave Larson know that there is a $200 maximum purchase w/o the BOD approval. This is standard club procedure.
SCORING
We have enough transponders for the 2010 season.

RULES
Bob will e-mail the tether rules to Darrell for the website.
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
There were about forty memberships sold at the show.
BY-LAWS COMMITTEE
Committee has been dissolved.
WEB SITE
The website is up-to-date as of the meeting.
Change out Thompson info for new board member Carl Lankenau
Permanent numbers will be posted on the website as well as info re: Double Points at Grattan.
NEW BUSINESS
Show discussion: Display was nice; good to have RVKC and CES together
A bunch of shirts were given away with memberships
