The meeting was called to order by Dave Evans at 7:24 PM

SERIES
No one has been in touch with Shelby Greaves re; special memorial for Ken.
Bob called Shelby during the meeting. She may want to do something herself Saturday evening.
Still need to get replacement computer from Dave Larson
Also we need to get the transponders from Dave as well.
There was a discussion regarding storage of and sales of RVKC shirts and caps. Ron was worried about storage in his garage. It was suggested that he purchase large plastic containers to store clothing. They would also make it easy to transport to events.
We do need to make a PDF order form for the RVKC gear for the website.
Darrell showed the board the “Gear” sheet detailing the description and retail cost of clothing, caps, etc. He will have 500 sheet printed for use at race events, mailings, etc.
Mile will call Cindy at Blackhawk Farms to make sure that we will have corner workers for the race in August.
There was a lengthy discussion re: Driver’s Meetings. It was thought that Earl needs to go over everything at the meeting including flags, driver etiquette, rules, safety, pushing, drafting, etc.
There was also some discussion on how to make driver’s meetings mandatory. A suggestion by Carl Lankenau (member/guest) that we use colored wrist bands to identify those who attended the meeting. Drivers who do not attend should be penalized.

Darrell said that he would get a stick quote from the Decal shop in Florida. If okay, will contact the board by email to approve order. We’re still looking for 5,000 pieces.

NEW BUSINESS
Guest Carl Lankenau also had concerns about bad driving, and lack of courtesy especially in the 125cc class. Short discussion. Again this needs to be discussed during each drivers meeting.
