A.  Meeting is called to order at 7:07PM by Shawn Mercy, Chair.

B.  Amend Agenda for Matters not listed (New): 1) Land Trust 2) Trends

C.  Guest(s): None

D.  Update on Bylaws: Section 4.5.2 delete “A” recreation vehicle to read Recreational vehicles. The PC will discuss with the DRB that another update to the Bylaws is in the works. This would be their opportunity for any other changes/suggestions.

E.  Update on Capital Budget – waiting to hear back from Barclay Morris, Grand Isle NRPC Rep.

F.  Other Meeting(s) Attendance: David Graham attended a meeting in St. Albans. Mostly ZAOs in attendance. There was much talk about basements - flood levels (105’) – flood insurance – also Agency of Natural Resources present – topographical maps – gave Jeff all the handouts and materials.

G.  Other items: David Graham offers up trends that may affect the Islands and why people find it hard to live here. Buying online - Parents in suburbs – too far away from work – population of schools half of what it was ten years ago – difficult for young families to buy/build here – South Hero has lots of property into the Land Trust - possible concerns to review before it hits Grand Isle.

A motion is made by Dwight Bullis to adjourn. The motion is seconded by David Graham. Members vote. All are in favor. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned by Shawn Mercy at 8:04 PM.
