Minutes of CONNEAUT BOARD OF EDUCATION REGULAR MEETING
January 14, 2015
The REGULAR MEETING of the Conneaut Area City Schools Board of Education was held on Wednesday,
January 14, 2015 at the Administration Office, 400 Mill Street, Conneaut, Ohio 44030.
Members Present: Suzanne Bernardini, Diana DiPofi, Mike Kennedy, Cris Newcomb and Joan Norton
Members Absent:
Others Present: Superintendent Michael Notar, Treasurer Lindsey Elly, Mark Todd, Martha Sorohan and
Tim Gross.
President Suzanne Bernardini called the meeting to order at 5:41 p.m.
01-2015-12Moved by Diana DiPofi, seconded by Cris Newcomb that the Board adjourn to executive session to meet with Board legal counsel to discuss disputes involving the Board and/or the School District that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.
