L.1.b.Bylaw 13554 – To amend the Zoning Bylaw from (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision to (DC2) Site Specific Development Control Provision and (RF4) Semi-detached Residential Zone; located at the northeast corner of 102 Avenue and 157 Street, Britannia Youngstown
PURPOSE
To allow for 65 sleeping units as boarding and lodging housing on three parcels. The proposed building would have five storeys and be a maximum of 15 metres in height. RF4 zoning is proposed for the fourth northernmost parcel.

L.1.c.Bylaw 13680 – To amend the Zoning Bylaw from (US) Urban Services Zone to (CB1) Low Intensity Business Zone; locatedat the northwest corner of 102 Avenue and 156 Street, Britannia Youngstown
PURPOSE
To allow low intensity commercial uses on the site. The stated intent of the applicant is to allow the Royal Canadian Legion to continue to operate on the ground floor and to also have professional offices on the second floor.
M. Dorais; D. Sollows, Douglas Sollows Architect; and B. Mitchell were in attendance to answer questions in favour of the passing of item E.1.a., Bylaw 13554, item E.1.b. and Bylaw 13680.
Councillor A. Bolstad entered the meeting.

To allow for a wide range of commercial uses. The stated intent is to develop an automobile dealership fronting Stony Plain Road.

PURPOSE
To eliminate a 0.64 ha Neighbourhood Commercial site located at the northwest corner of 15 Avenue SW and 66 Street SW and would introduce a 2.11 ha Community Commercial site located at the southwest corner of Ellerslie Road
(9 Avenue SW) and 66 Street SW.
L.1.f.Bylaw 13533 – To amend Bylaw 11870, as amended, being the Ellerslie Area Structure Plan, through an amendment to the Summerside Neighbourhood Structure Plan
PURPOSE
To eliminate a 0.64 ha Neighbourhood Commercial site located at the northwest corner of 15 Avenue SW and 66 Street SW and to introduce a 2.11 ha Community Commercial site located at the southwest corner of Ellerslie Road and 66 Street SW. The approved Neighbourhood Commercial site is proposed to be redesignated as Medium Density Residential. The neighbourhood statistics associated with the Summerside NSP are updated to reflect the proposed changes.
L.1.g.Bylaw 13534 – To amend the Zoning Bylaw from (AG) Agricultural Zone to (CSC) Shopping Centre Zone; located at 904 – 66 Street SW, Summerside
PURPOSE
To allow a wide range of commercial uses on the site, as the zone typically provides for larger shopping centre developments intended to serve a community or regional trade area. Residential, office, entertainment and cultural uses may also be included within such shopping complexes.
