MINUTES Annapolis Sail and Power Squadron
April 24, 2008
The Executive Committee Meeting was held in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Rowe Blvd., Annapolis, MD on April 24, 2008. The meeting was convened at 1910 hours. Commander Andy Gray presiding, and Marianne Ponzio, secretary.
In Attendance:

Collns, Carl Tucker, Al Ponzio, Mark Nolan
Non-Voting Members: Lee Myers, Gretchen Cupples, Stu Myers, Jim Redding
Secretary established a quorum.
Minutes from the Special Meeting of March 25, 2008 were accepted.
TREASURER’S REPORT
Treasurer to correct the line item budget amount to $300 for the Spring Conference Hospitality.
Actual cost of the Wine Tasting Fundraiser was $208.95
Treasurer was requested to show account balances
SECRETARY’S REPORT
Personnel Change Report was sent to National on April 22, 2008 reporting the deaths of three of our members, Charles Tulip, JoAnn Gainer, and Rupert Knowles.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER’S REPORT
Master Event Schedule presented for April 2008 through June 2008.
Next mid-week raft up will be the second Tuesday (May 13) at Round Bay.
Vessel Examiner Organization Meeting for all examiners will be May 6, 2008 at Edgewater Library.
Membership – Committee met on April 22, 2008. New Member Wine
and Cheese Gathering to be held on May, 6, 2008.

Clarification was made to the distribution of the line item budget amount of $500 for membership efforts is for the use of the Membership Committee and not for dinners.
