TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms, suppliers registered with Sales Tax Department having their proper offices/shops and phone/fax numbers for supply of Computers, Tonners, Stationery and General items.

2.TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a)All the firms will have to submit registration proof of General Sale Tax/Income Tax.

b)All items must be branded/genuine including tonners. Recycled/ compatible tonners will not be accepted. Vendor/Suppliershould be authorised dealer.

c)Bids may accompany a Pay Order/Bank Draft of 5% of the bid value in favour of Pakistan National Commission for UNESCO as earnest money, which will be refunded/returned immediately to unsuccessful bidders after issuance of purchase order(cheques are not acceptable).

d)Every bid should be valid for at least three months.

e)Unit and total prices of each quoted item/itemsmust be to be given in the bids.

f)All Bids should reach this Commission by 11:00 a.m on Friday 20.04.2018and no bid shall be accepted after this time. Bids will be opened in the Office premises of Pakistan National Commission for UNESCO, 30-UNESCO House, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents, present on the occasion.

g)No bid shall be accepted without earnest money

h)The Envelops should be marked as " TENDER FOR ……………". Bids may be given for one or more or all items.

i)The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and General Sales Tax etc., if any. Income Tax should be deducted as per rules.

j)Pakistan National Commission for UNESCO reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all the bids with assigning cogent reasons.

k)The Purchase Committee of PNCU may increase or decrease in tenders items in accordance with PPRA Rules.

l)Bidding Documents are attached with this tender notice and can also be obtained from this office during office hours.
