Entry Fees:

All Classes SRC Members: £50.00 Non Members: £60.00 (inclusive of VAT)

Start Fee: SRC Members £10.00 Non Members: £12 (cash) on the day when collecting your number. (Members please bring your membership card with you). (Start fees go towards paramedic cover.)

NB. You will need your own number bibs, for paper numbers which will be provided.

PRIZES – Rosettes to 10th Place in each section.

Prizes will be awarded for every 10 starters up to 4th place.

1st £75.00 cash & £25.00 voucher (1-10), 2nd £50.00 cash & £25.00 voucher (11 – 20),

3rd £25.00 cash & £25.00 voucher (21-30) 4th £25.00 voucher (31 & over)

Vouchers can be redeemed against future entry fees, hire of facilities and membership (see terms and conditions)

Best Dressage in each section.

ENTRIES CLOSE: MONDAY 12th JUNE 2015. Late entries accepted if space – surcharge of £2.00 extra. (Entries may be limited, in this event there will be a waiting list. PRIORITY WILL BE GIVEN TO AREA 5 up till this date)

Refunds: After the closing date, entries will only be refunded if notified by 12 noon on 19TH June and on receipt of medical/vets certificates. THIS RULE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO AND NO REFUND OF ENTRY WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS TIME.

Times: Will be available on FRIDAY 26th June 2015 between 10:00 and 16.00 from SRC Office OR via website www.bdwp.co.uk/su2 on Thursday 25th June after 6pm.

RULES AND CONDITIONS.

1.  Rules for Official Competitions” 2015 with Area 5 amendments.

2.  Protective head gear as specified in the BHS Riding Club “Rules for Official Competitions” 2015 must be worn by everyone mounted, whether competing or not. Failure to do so will incur elimination. The wearing of a back/body protector as specified in the BHS Riding Club “Rules for Official Competitions” 2015 is recommended for show jumping.

3.  All Horses/ponies must be 4 years old or over.

4.  Objections to be made in writing to the Organisers, accompanied by a deposit of £10, which will be refunded if the objection is upheld.

5.  Dogs to be kept on a lead at all times.

6.  Solihull Riding Club, its officers or anyone acting on their behalf shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury, loss or damage to or by horses, ponies, competitors, spectators or any persons, animals or property whatsoever.

7.  The organisers reserve the right to refuse any entry at their discretion, cancel, amend or amalgamate any class for any reason whatsoever.

8.  No entrant shall be entitled to the return of any entry fee after closing date other than on production of the appropriate Veterinary or Medical Certificate and at the organisers’ discretion.

9.  The cross country course will be open for inspection after 2pm on 27th June 2015

HEALTH & SAFETY

The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all the officials and stewards.

Will dog owners please note – we now have a poop scoop policy in operation, please use the bins provided.

PLEASE TAKE YOUR RUBBISH HOME AND DO NOT MUCK OUT YOUR HORSEBOX ON OUR GROUNDS.
