  1. Minutes – Motion to approve minutes of November 3, 2010 made by Kelsey and seconded by Craig. Ayes 5; Abstain 1.
  1. Treasurer’s Report – Forrest presented draft copies of the Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and the 2011 SCMA Budget

  3. Business Lunch to be held on January 13th, 2011 at the Hilton. Incoming Supervisor Phil Serna is to be invited as Keynote Speaker.
  4. Agenda: 1) Introduction of new officers; 2) Financial Reports – Forrest/new Treasurer – to include budget for 2011; 3) Update on negotiations by Jason; 4) Website Update – Craig; 5)Membership Committee – Nancy; 6)By-laws presented by committee.

  7. Motion made by Sue and seconded by Kelsey to Approve the Proposed Bylaws as drafted today for presentation to the General Membership at the Business Lunch on January 13, 2011 to include the Proposed Bylaws, Existing Bylaws and the Summary of Bylaw Changes distributed. Aye: 5; Abstain 1

  13. REO – RoseMary – Handout –No joint bargaining meetings in November. County presented an 86 page document for review. Two working meetings were held with lots of homework.

  15. Membership – Nancy – Membership committee contacted and second recruitment letter was routed for approval. Supplies were to be purchased and letter sent out before the end of the month.

  2. Lynn checked with the County and they do offer a long-term health care plan but for now they are not taking new members.
