2009 FALL SEASON-APPLICATION TO HOST MSDSL GAMES
In addition to sites secured by the MSDSL, teams/clubs/organizations are offered the opportunity to apply to host games at their home sites. To qualify, this form should be submitted. The MSDSL shall review applications and have the sole authority in determining Hosts forMSDSL games.A form does not need to be submitted for situations where two teams are playing a one-off.
