Scope of Work

Project will consist of the removal of the following items:

Toilets

Sinks

Urinal

Old Partitions

Light Fixtures

Sanitary Dispensers

Air Fresheners Dispensers

Paper Towel Dispensers

Toilet Dispensers

Soap Dispensers

Wall Mirrors

The following items will be supplied by Midway City:

Replacement Wall and Floor Tiles

New King Size Toyo Toilets

New Handicapped Accessible Sinks

New Restroom Portions

New Light Fixtures

New Paper Towel and Toilet Tissue Dispensers

Soap Dispensers

Air Freshener Dispensers

Paint for walls and ceiling

Wall Mirrors

The contractor will be responsible for all other items needed to perform the remodel of project:

Adhesives, Mortar, quicksets, plumbing parts, electrical connections. Misc. parts, etc...

Project Description:

The Midway City Community Center Buildings Men’s, Women’s and Handicapped Restrooms will be involved in the remodel process.

  1. The removal and disposal of old restroom fixtures; (toilets, sinks, portions and light fixtures), from the men’s and women’s restroom.
  2. The removal and disposal of all existing floor tiles from both the men’s and women’s restroom.
  3. The Sanitary dispensers (soap, hand towels, toilet paper and air fresheners) will need to be removed from the wall and saved for future use. The City will have its supplier supply us with new dispensers.
  4. New tile will need to be installed on the floor and walls of both the men’s and women’s restrooms to match the tile that is in the handicapped restroom.
  5. New restroom partitions will need to be installed in all three restrooms.
  6. New Restroom fixtures will need to be re-plumbed and installed in both the men’s and women’s restrooms.
  7. Ceiling Light bar will need to be rehung and wired if needed.
  8. Install new wall mirror in both bathrooms.
  9. Upper portion of the wall and ceiling will need to be repainted.
  10. Trim and finish work supplies will be furnished by the contractor.
  11. The contractor will be responsible for haul off of all debris and construction waste.
  12. Blinds are new, they will need to be removed during the renovation and then rehung.
