Responsible for all aspects of combat development for the Close Combat Tactical Trainer (CCTT), the US Army’s virtual collective training system. Provided simulations analytical support for the development, testing, fielding, and utilization of the CCTT. Coordinated with field units and proponent schools to determine virtual training requirements.

Lead a 58 man observer controller team that was responsible for observing, controlling, coaching, teaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to light, airborne, air assault, mechanized, and ranger battalion task forces. Responsible for the accountability and maintenance of $4 million in combat gear and equipment.
