Payment

Full payment must be made with this booking form.

Cancellation

  • Cancellation of booking less than 1 week before the event will be charged in full.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Exhibitors, who fail to show up at the event, will not be entitled to a refund.
  • All refunds issued will have a 10% administration fee charged.
  • Marsh Farm Futures shall have the right to cancel the eventdue to unforeseen circumstances or circumstance beyond our control, including adverse weather, acts of terrorism, war, disease, public emergency, or any other factor organisers assumes no liability for loss, damage or disappearance of any property used by the exhibitor in connection with their participation.
  • If the event date is postponed, for whatever reason, exhibitors will be informed in writing of the changes and will have the option to withdraw from the event.
  • Exhibitors who withdraw from the event, due to the amendments of the original event date, will be entitled to a 95% refund.

Setting up

You may set up your stand from 9.30am on the day. All stands must be completed and ready for exhibition by 10.30am on the day.

Insurance

  • Exhibitor must provide their own public, employers and product liability insurance that covers them for this event.
  • Exhibitor agrees to assume risk of loss for its property or any other items relating to its participation in the event and agrees to waive any and all claims and hold Marsh Farm Futures harmless from and against any loss of, damage to, or disappearance of such property or items.

The Exhibitor

  • Will remove any property used by them in connection with their participation in the event at Futures House. Failure to remove all equipment from the venue will result incurring handling and storage charges.
  • The Exhibitor shall make good and indemnify Marsh Farm Futures for any damage to the premises by the exhibitor, his agents, contractors or employees.
  • Will not remove their stand before finishing time i.e. 3.30pm.
  • MFF Consent required to use any photographs/video of their stand in future publicity including our website, press and electronic and social media.

Health and Safety

  • All exhibitors must comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all associated legislation while on site. The management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 also requires all present on site, to have undertaken an appropriate assessment of the risk and hazards associated with their work.

Code of conduct

It is our aim that no one should receive unfair or unlawful treatment here. We want all service users and workers to feel safe in this building, and we therefore ask you to observe the following code of conduct:

None of the following acts are acceptable

  • Words of abuse or assault on any other person.
  • Words or gestures of abuse to service users or staff or behaviour likely to exclude or offend any persons on the grounds of their race, social class, colour, disability, ethnic or national origin, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion or creed.
  • Production or distribution of material which in the view of MFF is racist, sexist, ageist, homophobic, or offensive to people because of their disability, social class, ethnic or national origin, culture, marital status, gender, religion or creed.
  • Nuisance or annoyance to any other persons.
  • Brining in alcohol.
  • Possession of an illegal substance.
  • Damage to any part of the building or its contents.
  • Interference with or unauthorised entry to activities or functions.
  • Refusal to obey instruction given by a member of MFF staff on duty.
