MEYER UPGRADES ITS CONTRACTOR CLASS PLOWS
WITH AGGRESSIVE NEWLOT PRO
CLEVELAND (June 17, 2008) -- Meyer Products LLC has introduced a newcontractor class snowplow that willset the standard for quality and innovation in the snow and ice removal industry.
For contractors who take pride in a cleared surface that looks like it is summer time, the new Lot Pro features the tallest and most aggressive contractor class moldboard on the market. With a 32” height and 75-degree attack angle, the new Lot Pro delivers better overall clearing performance in less time. The attack angle also allows for better back dragging.

Supporting this taller more aggressive moldboard is a totally redesigned “black iron” consisting of a heavy-walled, tubular-steel A-frame and push bar. This improved design has been simplified to create a stronger plow at key pressure zones and more evenly distributes the load.
The Lot Pro is manufactured with Meyer’s state-of-the-art Reliable Overtime Construction (ROC) process. As part of this ROC solid construction, the Lot Pro is robotically welded with laser cut ribs and features slot-and-tab construction to increase consistency and integrity, and decrease deterioration. The Lot Proalso features heavy-duty trip springs, which are the strongest in the industry, and provide 2-3 times the life of most trip springs. Like all new Meyer plow systems, Lot Pro is backed by the industry’s best five year warranty.
Complementing the Lot Pro’s ROC solid construction is the plow’s ease-of-use and versatility. The modular EZ-Mount Plus system conveniently attaches or detaches from the truck in less than a minute and leaves the truck with a clean, off-the-assembly line appearance when not attached. The Lot Pro’s moldboard is also easily interchangeable with other recently made Meyer moldboards including the Meyer Super V and Diamond Edge bottom-trip plows.
For enhanced end-user comfort, Lot Pro is easier than ever to operate with a standard pistol-grip controller. Connection is also faster and easier with the Lot Pro’s patented single plug connector, which uses silver coated connecter pins to prevent rusting. Meyer’s time tested E-58H hydraulic system operates the Lot Pro and comes standard with a custom-molded cover to protect the system and give it a cleaner look.
Lot Pro also features a fully adjustable jack which allows for easy transition between different truck mounting heights and provides added attachment/detachment ease for mounting in soft soil areas or uneven ground.
