Date: Friday, June 1, and Saturday, June 2, 2017 -Vendor agrees to be fully set up on Friday by 5 PM, and be open by 10:30 AM and to stay open both nights until at least 8 PM.(Event will not end until close to midnight and staying open until this is fine.)

Vendor Booth must be staffed at all times. Security will be provided throughout the event; however, Venue will not be held liable for any loss. The space and items in the space are vendor’s responsibility.

Promotion: Vendor gives Pipestem Spa and Event Center permission to advertise the Vendor(s) including names, photography and business information, on social media, radio, TV, website, brochures and other advertising.

Vendor(s) responsible for any taxes accrued and considered Independent Contractors, not Employees

Vendor(s) agree to be fully responsible for any potential liability that may occur from their participation in the Event, and anything that arises from sales of their products or services.

Inclement Weather – Event will go on “rain or shine.”

No subletting of any booth space. No relocating of booth space.

Vendor Booth includes Two Vendor Badges.Additional staff must purchase tickets.
