Scouts must wear official BSA scout uniform.
For merit badges, each Scout must bring: (a) completed “Blue Card” signed by Scoutmaster for each Merit Badge; (b) appropriate Merit Badge Books; (c) proper proof of Pre-requisites; (d) paper/pen.
Each Scout must be ready to discuss, report, demonstrate and be tested on all requirements. Our Counselors will not pass Scouts whose work does not meet BSA standards.

In the event of illness or accident, my son may receive necessary first aid, may receive medical attention by a duly licensed physician and/or may be admitted to a hospital (as the emergency situation dictates) without my permission. Special Instructions
All requirement numbers are from the official Boy Scout Requirements, 2007 edition. (The website has up-to-date merit badge requirements.) Scouts are to have completely read and studied all of the information in the most current merit badge books for the badges they desire to earn. They should come to class fully prepared to discuss, report, demonstrate and be tested on all requirements. Specific requirements that must be completed prior to class are listed above. A scout shall be approved for a badge only after demonstrating individually that he has met all of therequirements.
Each scout must bring appropriate proof of completion for all requirements listed above. If a Scout cannot bring items to class because of size or logistics, the Scout must have a letter from the scoutmaster as proof and/or pictures of completions, written work, and drawings signed by the scoutmaster.
Counselors will not pass scouts whose work does not meet BSA standards. Scouts receiving partials on this day are encouraged to continue working with the counselor to finish up the requirement(s) as soon as possible.
