We are looking forward to working with you. We will need your cooperation to ensure that processing is completed within our guidelines and as efficiently as possible. Meridian’s clients repair properties whenever feasible. Only under special circumstances are bids & inspections not required.Please contact your Asset Specialist immediately if the property is not a repair candidate.

As the agent for Meridian Asset Services we will be expecting the documentation below from you as soon as possible. List price approval will be delayed until all documentation is received.Listing agents must disclose to MAS personal or familial relationships with any and all vendors. To safeguard against integrity concerns and the perception of impropriety, Meridian Asset Services does not permit agents hiring specialized contractors, home improvement,lawn services, inspectors, trash removal or any vendor where a personal or familial relationship exists without prior approval. Violation of this agreement is grounds for immediate termination, and if evidence of fraud is found, broker/agent may be prosecuted and enjoined in any potential legal action.

Please ORDER and SUBMIT a copy of the following Repair Bids and Inspections immediately upon Vacancy. Once ordered, please upload this completed form to Documents in Meridian’s Vendor Portal.

Two (2) are due within 7 days of vacancy. Only one (1) is required if we notify you that Home Depot is providing a bid. Bids must be all-inclusive to bring the property to VA/FHA financing standards (or better as applicable) and submitted on itemized Bid Form.(Dollar amount must be itemized. Lump sum pricing is not permissible. Preferred contractors in our MASRUP program are only required to provide 1 bid.

If inspections and bids are not received in a timely manner, then it will be considered a performance issue and the property may be re-assigned.
