10. RICHARD A. PRENTICE FOR 7105 JACKSON STREET, PP16-B-052-N-00-012-0 requesting a variance to Sec. 1155.01 Schedule of District Regulations (b) of the Mentor Code of Ordinances to allow a building addition (three season room) to be constructed at a 5-foot side setback (from the north property line) in lieu of the minimum side setback is 10-feet in the R-2 Single Family Residential District.
