ViaQuest is currently seeking an Assessment Clinician to join our growing team. At ViaQuest Psychiatric& Behavioral Solutions our Assessment Clinicians are responsible for conducting comprehensive behavior assessments, developing treatment plans and evaluating the coordination of care for the individuals ViaQuest serves. Ideal candidates have a sincere desire to provide the highest quality services to ViaQuest's individuals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include...
•Assuming primary responsibility for a caseload that includes assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating our individuals.
•Verifying our individuals' eligibility, prior enrollment history, demographics and current health status.
•Completing comprehensive and ongoing behavioral assessments.
•Developing and implementing care plans, defining specific issues, prioritizing goals and interventions.
•Monitoring and evaluating care plans regularly through individuals, families and providers.
We Are Looking For Someone That...
•Is a licensed PC or LSW.
•Preferably has clinical experience.
•Is positive, motivated, has great time management skills, and is seeking a rewarding career in the field of mental and behavioral counseling.
