Facilities: 8-lane, 50 meter competition pool with a 4 foot minimum depth, non-turbulent lane lines and Daktronics electronic timing system with full color display. Racing course is 25 yards. A 25 yard cool down course is available.
Eligibility: This meet is open to all Mid-South Swim Conference registered swimmers who have competed in at least 2 dual/tri meets by January 25, 2017. Age as of February 5, 2017 will determine the age for the meet. Swimmers may not enter events in which they have achieved an “A” Time Standard.
Rules: Current USS, Southeastern Swimming and MSS rules will govern the meet.
Meet Format: All events will be conducted short course yards and will be swum as timed finals. Ten and under swimmers should report to the Clerk of Course when their event is called. All other swimmers should report directly to the blocks. All swimmers must be entered with a time. N.T. will not be accepted.
Schedule: Sunday - Warm-ups –Morning: 8:00 – 8:15 & 8:15-8:30 a.m.
Meet Start – 8:45 a.m.
Afternoon warm-ups – 30 minutes (will start immediately following the morning session).
Entry Limit/ Fees: Swimmers may swim a maximum of four (4) individual events and one (1) relay event.
$4.00 per individual event
$12.00 per relay event
Late Fees: $5.50 per individual event
$14.00 per relay event
There will be a $30 team fee for those teams that submit hand entries and not a team manager or team unify zip file.

Results: Teams must provide as e-mail address as final results will be e-mailed to all teams entered.
Entry Deadline: January 26, 2017. Teams that have not submitted their entries by January 26, 2017 will not be entered in the meet.
Teams will not be entered in the meet until a check for meet fees is received. Teams need to make sure their entry is correct because meet fees are due before the team entries will be entered in the meet. An invoice is included in this meet information and can be used for teams that need to submit it to their administration for payment.
Entry fees, signed release form and recap sheet must accompany all entries. Make checks payable to: Collierville Swimming. Send one check per team. Do not send individual personal checks.
A meet event file for import will be available to teams that use Team Manager. Contact for it to be e-mailed to you. Teams who have HYTEK'S Meet/Team Manager should export their team entries by e-mail attachment. Please e-mail a word document copy of entries for verification purposes. Typed paper entries are also acceptable. Swimmers first and last name must be legible on the entry form. Entries that are not legible and/or do not have all of the required information will not be accepted and swimmers will not be entered in the meet. If you require verification of entries received, please e-mail and ask if entries were received. Teams need to provide a list of coaches who will be attending the meet in order to be allowed on deck during competition. No change in entry times will be accepted after the entry deadline.
No new heats will be created for entries received after January 26, 2017 at 5 PM, as that is when the heat sheets go to print. Late entries will be accepted on a lane available basis until noon February 4, 2017 and payment must accompany the late entry.
Relay cards are due at the end of warm ups.
Awards: Medals awarded for places 1-8 and ribbons awarded for 9-16.
High Point: A high point and two (2) runner-up awards will be given in each age group male and female.
Team: Trophies will be awarded to all teams based on their overall finish at the end of the meet.
Swimmers who achieve an “A” Time Standard in an event will be awarded a ribbon. The event will not be awarded points and will not count toward team points or high point.
Scoring: Individual Events: 9, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Relay Events: 18, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
