Jenny called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. and declared a quorum present. She introduced Jeffrey Stephenson from the Accreditation Visiting Team. Also attending the meeting was Gilbert Rocha who is an ASG senator.

AT AS Degree/Certificate of Achievement – On the attachment to the Program Modification Form, under Required Additional courses, the word “courses” at the end of the sentence should be in BOLD because this word is not in the current catalog version. Complete a minimum of five units from the following courses:

BUS Accounting AS Degree/Certificate of Achievement – The changes involved were tech changes to the course IDs in the catalog only (from CIS to CAOT).
