Competition Entry Requirements

A: Sizes:

Digital images:Max image size: 1080px high by 1920px wide

Max file size: 1MB [suggested colour space sRGB]

Prints:Minimum print/mount size: 12.5cm by 18cm

Maximum print/mount size: 40cm by 50cm

B: Due Date: Late entries will not be included in the competition

All images must be submitted to the competition stewards and received on or before the date of the major monthly club meeting (e.g. normally the 4th Monday of the month) preceding the relevant competition meeting.

C: Number:

A maximum of 3 images in total can be entered (e.g. 2 digital images and 1 print or vice versa).

D: Method of Entry

Digital images: Send digital files to

File naming: Digital files must follow the file naming convention as follows,:

Group and club number_yyyymm_title_category and group e.g. B979_201704_Sunrise on the Yarra_DPIB

Prints: To be handed to the competition stewards at a club meeting on or before the due date.Digital versions of printed images must also be submitted in the same manner as digital competition entries (refer above). Group, club number and title must be clearly printed on the reverse of the mounted print.

Note: Digital copies of print entries must end with PB instead of DPIB for B group members, and PA instead of DPIA for A group members.

E: Other Requirements:

By submitting these images I confirm:

  1. The image and all components of it are my own work and do not in whole or in part include the work of others.An image that breaches copyright is a serious breach of club rules and any resulting costs incurred by the club will be reimbursed by me.
  2. The image and all components of it were photographed after 31st December 2014.
  3. I agree to my submitted images appearing on the club’s website and/or being used for club promotion purposes.
  4. I am a paid up Member of the Camberwell Camera Club. (Non-financial Membersare not permitted to enter Club competitions)

F: Lodgement of this Form:

This form must be lodged by the above due date by either:

  • Handing it to a competition steward at a club meeting
  • Lodging it electronically by email to as a Word file, scanned-in copy or photographed copy.
  • Receipt of digital images will be acknowledged. If you do not receive an email or your image is not included in 'Members Choice' circulated for voting, please contact a Competition Steward.
