Application:
MEGAMORV G boilers, designed for continuous and efficient heating energy supply, are provided with automatic natural gas burner. Efficiency is 85-90% depending on burner type.
Typical application is for central heating in family houses, multi-storey buildings up to 40 m as well as agricultural, industrial and office buildings e.t.c.
Boilers are provided with the necessary safety devices, whereby a safe and easy operation is ensured, only periodic supervision is necessary
Technical Description:
Gas-fired, double-walled, welded steel sheet boilers are designed with flue pipes and special flame baffles, with no fire-clay lining in the furnace chamber. The design provides three passes ensuring the highest possible efficiency. Sheet gauge: 4-6 mm. On the front panel, a natural gas burner is mounted onto a flange matching the burner type.
Over the burner holder flange, a flame inspection peep hole is formed, over which a bolted maintenance opening is provided. After removing its cover plate, solid deposition generated by combustion can be easily removed.
The back panel of the boiler includes an exhaust outlet and flange connection for the return pipe. The flange connection for forward hot water pipe is on the boiler top. The temperature controller and safety thermostats, for an accurate and safe operation, can be mounted to the connected pipe or the top plate of the boiler. The top panel also includes two lifting hooks for transportation and a sleeve for the mercury bulb thermometer. The bottom plate can be easily removed and the boiler repaired, which facilitates service and maintenance.
The welded and assembled boiler body is pressure tested then coated with heat resistant paint and covered with 50 mm thick thermal insulation and an envelope. The envelope is of steel sheet coated with corrosion resistant durable paint. Furnace tightness on the smoke gas side is ensured by asbestos gasket.
The boilers can be installed on any non-flammable, solid, horizontal concrete or paved floor. No further foundation is required. The boiler arrangement can be left or right as required.
Installation of the boiler or burner can only be performed by the manufacturer or its agent. Boilers shall be handled, operated and serviced according to the accompanying manual. .
