Meeting minutes- Approval of minutes for August 7th to be voted on
Wil reminded all members that we need a president-elect soon
Tentative induction of Carol Clarke is set for Aug.28th evening meeting at A-1 Restaurant
Treasurers Report- Starting cash $2734.71 - $802.71 expenditures = $1932.00 Balance
Service- Oct.12th – Lansing Park-Run for Polio 1:00pm-5:00pm helping Cayuga –Lansing Club
Lime Hollow project slowed by weather getting started. Ground broke on Aug.18th. More information to follow.
Membership- Team progress requested by Brian B. Slow responses getting back to him, please respond.
Membership paperwork has been turned in for Terry Tarshus.
Public Relations- Need more photos updates brochures to get ourselves in public eye.
Fund Raising- Dairy Dash-Gross $495.00 - $270.00 for expenses = $225.00 to split 50/50 with Dryden Grange.
Chicken BBQ’s- 2nd netted $ 699.91 and 3rd netted $420.35. Last BBQ is Sept.20th,2014

Grant Acquisition- Need team leader
Vocational Training- To be started in 2014-2015 school year.
YEP- Lily Lynch to leave for Brazil this Friday Aug.22nd @3:00pm from Ithaca Airport. All well wishers should be there by 2:15pm to say good-byes.
Jase McGrath- Possible exchange student interested in next year.
Consolidation of youth programs meeting Aug.21st at Dunkin Donuts 7:00pm.
RYLA- David B-C to line student up to speak at our Aug. 28th evening Meeting.
Interact- Will start up when school begins.
