Our second Meeting for 2007 will be at River Grove Moose Lodge in River Grove, IL and will feature our seventh annual Chili Cook off. The chili selections just get better every year. The chili recipes are guarded secrets for many participants, so you just have to come to try them out. We will be presenting gift certificates to the winners again and of course pass the winner chef hat along to the 1st place winner.Mike Phillips owner of Automotive Machine & Performance in Owensboro, KY will be on hand to cover all aspects of building high performance Buick engines. Mike has been a featured speaker at a number of our technical sessions and supports our chapter in a number of ways. His knowledge of the machining, head porting and assembly of engines is extensive. If you are planning to freshen up your engine, need help selecting a camshaft or contemplating some headwork you should not miss this session.
We are looking for suggestions for additional speakers that will be announced soon.
We are looking forward to each of these presentations and of course the chili. Our regular business meeting will start at 10:30 am just before the technical session.

· I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) to First Avenue Exit
· North on First Avenue and continue past North Avenue to River Road (next traffic light)
· Bear left (northeast) on Des Plaines River Road
· Continue through the traffic light for 5th Avenue to the next light at Fullerton
· Turn West (left) on Fullerton
· Moose Hall is at the southwest corner of this intersection. / Directions from I-294 Southbound
· I-294 to Irving Park Road (exit available southbound only)
· East on Irving Park Road to River Road
· South (right turn) on River Road which becomes Des Plaines River Road
· Continue on Des Plaines River Road to Fullerton Avenue
· Turn West (right) on Fullerton.
· Moose Lodge is at the southwest corner of the intersection.
