EA6B Leadership Team Meeting. One day off-site with focus on ICAP III.

Purpose of the meeting

  1. Obtain a common understanding of the role the EA6B IPT will have in ICAP III.
  2. Agreement on definition of high performance for ICAP III.
  3. Continue to build trust and understanding of each other in order to work effectively as a leadership team.

Outcomes for the meeting

We intend this meeting to produce:

  1. Increased performance for ICAP III.
  2. More effective leadership team.
