EA6B Leadership Team Meeting. One day off-site with focus on ICAP III.
Purpose of the meeting
- Obtain a common understanding of the role the EA6B IPT will have in ICAP III.
- Agreement on definition of high performance for ICAP III.
- Continue to build trust and understanding of each other in order to work effectively as a leadership team.
Outcomes for the meeting
We intend this meeting to produce:
- Increased performance for ICAP III.
- More effective leadership team.
