Meeting opened with prayer and communion led by Jim T.

Rectors Report:

Debra reported full weekend, full team and candidates (3 on waiting list)

Bill reported 12 candidates and team is good, praise to God.

Welcome Angels to our team and encourage them to help.

Next Rectors will be Sue Swarth for the women and Eddie Mouawad for the men

Next Weekend dates will be October 7-10th for men and October 14-17th for the Women

With Fiesta on the 23rd

Number of candidates for weekends at Red Hill will be limited to a maximum of 24 and Grand Ave maximum at 15 due to facility limitations

All sponsors are responsible to provide TWIN beds ONLY as the facility cannot accommodate any larger size beds. Voted and approved

The Community is welcome to agape part of the needs of the weekends such as – talk boards, pictures, food, snacks, water, drinks, etc.

Team meeting discussion to keep three team meetings with 5 talks each meeting and if need be have a 4th team meeting. Rectors to decide if 4th meeting is necessary.

Discussion of path of travel while kids are present. We need to have least possible amount of impact on the school.
