- Presentation was made
- Members raised a concern about the delay in processing and it was suggested that the function be delegated to District in order to FastTrack the process.
- Justification Form to be fully completed and verbal approval to be first obtained from Provincial Office as per delegation
- Submission to be made within 24 hours

- 144 registered organ of state users from April 2016
- CSD Reports to be submitted monthly introduced in August 2016
- Only 2 institutions managed to submit their reports
- Wi-Fi Routers provided
- To be submitted on the 3rd of every month
- There should be an explanation where a non CSD supplier was used
- Challenges to be sorted by IT

- Dept Circular 8 of 2014 was replaced by Circular 65 of 2016 stating the use of Sole Supplier with regard to procurement of repairs and maintenance of non-high tech medical equipment
- List of documents to accompany an approved request for the advertisement of a bid was also mentioned

2.2 / B-BBEE STATUS LEVEL AND SWORN AFFIDAVIT /
- Presentation was done by Provincial Treasury Officials
- Circular on issuance and validity of B-BBEE status level certificates in respect of exempted micro enterprise dated 29th February 2012 was discussed
- Circular on acceptance of sworn affidavits in terms of the amended B-BBEE codes dated 2nd September 2015 repealed the circular dated 29th February 2012.
- NT SCM Circular 5 of 2016/17 on submission of Broad-Based Black Economic empowerment status level certificate and sworn affidavits of which repealed the above circulars
