  • Presentation was done by Provincial Treasury Officials
  • Circular on issuance and validity of B-BBEE status level certificates in respect of exempted micro enterprise dated 29th February 2012 was discussed
  • Circular on acceptance of sworn affidavits in terms of the amended B-BBEE codes dated 2nd September 2015 repealed the circular dated 29th February 2012.
  • NT SCM Circular 5 of 2016/17 on submission of Broad-Based Black Economic empowerment status level certificate and sworn affidavits of which repealed the above circulars
