Call to Order: VP Carolyn Achenbach called the meeting to order at 7:43
Charlie held the proxy for Henry, Pat held the proxy for Sam, and Carolyn held the proxy for John.

Monthly change of over $1300 despite less than favorable results in the market. Next month we will receive over $500 in dividends. Only 4 stocks are running negative.
EDUCATION SESSION
UAIC Template Review – Continued review of the UAIC Template focusing this month on Technical Analysis using the Relative Strength Index (RSI). Reviewed the Fidelity article on "RSI Trends". Partners were asked to read the “Relative Strength Indicator Guide" and review the "Southern Company Chart" example. The consensus is that this tool tends to confirm the information provided by other tools.

Sue / CVS / Recently earned reaccreditation in Community Pharmacy from URAC.
WM / Continues to perform well with solid projections going forward.

Henry / MET / Neutral at 5.3. Just passed 8/3 ex-div date and will pay $0.40/share on 9/13. Other than spinoff of Brighthouse Financial, no significant news. NET asset value declined with spin off. Continue to hold. New high low 50/45
AMAT / Very bullish at 9.6. Shares closed up on Friday $1.18 or 2.5% and beat quarterly revenue and profits expectations on upbeat memory chip and display markets. No change in H/L.
BHF / Still limited data due to recent spinoff. As this is a financial stock it will track with that sector. Most analysts are initiating coverage with a hold or equal weight recommendation. It is recommended that we continue to hold this stock with consideration in the future to add another 49 shares. No change in H/L.
Sam / MSFT / Neutral at 4.2. Just passed 8/15 ex-div date and will pay $0.39/share on 9/14. Only news of interest is Bill Gates donating 4.7 billion in stock to his foundation. Continue to hold.
Duke / Neutral at 3.4. Just passed 8/16 ex-div date and will pay $0.89/share on 9/18. Bringing smart meters to KT customers, giving them more control of their energy use and bill payment options. Bought 24.9 MW solar project in NY. Continue to hold.
John / LMT / No report
PEP / No report
ADP / No report
Ed / AAPL / Just started an Apple TV to compete with Spotify (music and video) and eventually Netflix etc. It will move them into a service focused business.
DVY / Good stock
ATT / Good dividends although flat
VZ / Good dividends
Charlie / GE / Projection that the stock will have a strong second half of 2018.

New Business: Charlie and Jim traded dates for hosting meeting (see below).
We agreed to sell all of Wells Fargo at market. Pat will initiate this transaction. As a result we will have almost $8,000 to invest. Ed mentioned FYI that he is looking at Raytheon.
