Update:
LOWER THAMES CROSSING / BUTTS LANE / SQUIBB - Terry imagine you'll have updates for this. My stance is the exact replica of yours.
OYSTER CARD/CONTACTLESS - motion submitted and approved by council in January. Now engaging with c2c etc to progress.
FLYTIPPING- large spike this month. gate at Rainbow Lane should be installed to prevent fly tippers in next month or so. Also a gate may be installed at the Wharf Road bypass Upto train line if farmer agrees.
HARDIE ROAD - design has been shaped, reviewing with Highways soon.
WEBSTER ROAD - design has been shaped, reviewing with Highways soon.
SOUTHEND ROAD - survey completed to see if zebra crossing is required. Data being analysed and recommendations due soon
Terry, Lower Thames Crossing; I take it Forum is opposed to this (Yes) I have sent in objections on behalf of the Forum. Traffic figures date from 2001, traffic down from 2010. Next consultation is at The Beehive Thursday 11-7
Butts Lane development, meeting with residents of Oxford Close; primary concern is the reduced space at the boundary of their property. Drawings showed 6.2Metres; in places is down to 3.45Metres. Some London boroughs may purchase properties, much cheaper than Westminster!
Squibb 2 breaches of conditions are being investigated by the council. Should you see an abnormal load vehicle, note the model number of the transported vehicle; photo, reg no!
CCTV recorded at the Tilbury monitor room
Scrambler bikes in fields beyond St Clere's School; Police cannot help if no one tells them!
7Forum Publicity, Advertising
C2C posters can say Forum opposes the crossing.
8Planning Applications; nothing much.

Music Festival. Meeting 20th, still short on the funds, hope more funders come in. Safety report will need to be rewritten for the use of the middle field, and arrange to meet the council. Quote to come in for the security at the festival.
