The poster and tickets will be in dropbox. Please use the excel document in dropbox when selling tickets.
If anyone wants to help with the questions please contact Dave.
Action: All members to try and sell tickets.
Action: Dave to send an email round with a few sentences about the quiz.
[B] Newsletter
The next newsletter will be sent out at the end of April and will include:

Action: All committee members to think of ideas and upload in dropbox.
On a different note Juliet is leaving the University.
Action: Claire G to email to get some clarity on whether the InKForge Consultancy is still going ahead for ECRs.
[C] Life Science Bazaar update
A range of people from different departments have registered for the event. All speakers have been confirmed. The MRC is very keen to be involved and would like a slot to talk. People have expressed interested in attending the event but do not want to present a poster or oral presentation, therefore registration form has been amended to match this.
The afternoon breakout session will include; Sandpit, Collaborations at TuOS and Social Media.
Claire Garwood has arranged for the event to be advertised on the screen over at SITraN and at the discovery event in March. Prizes will be available for the poster.
Action: Maya/Claire G to email Ian Palmer about advertising the event on the screen at the Medical School.
Action: Claire G to send email promoting the event in a couple of weeks.
Action: Claire G to find out what the prizes are for the poster at the School Research Day.
[D] CDF
Still no applications have been made for the CDF. CDF will be advertised in April’s newsletter. Lucy has advertisement posters. If no applications have been made by the summer may fund a career development opportunity of higher value. Suggested funding the RSci awards for technicians.
Action: CDF to be on April’s agenda- Claire B.
[E] Coffee morning coordinator and Treasurer Posts
These posts will be advertised at the pub quiz. Possibly advertise the posts in April’s newsletter? The roles can be split into 2. The setting up of the coffee morning is the busiest time. Dave wants to hand over this role. There is a description of the role from the AGM in dropbox.
The number of reps has slightly decreased, however there is still enough to cover all of the coffee mornings.
